1. **Custom Design Policy:**
   - All items at Jarix Fashions are custom-made to order.
   - Due to the nature of custom designs, we do not offer refunds on any custom-made items.
   - In the event that there is an issue with your custom order, we are happy to offer an exchange for another item of equal or lesser value.

2. **Eligibility for Exchange:**
   - To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
   - Please note that any items returned that show signs of use or damage will not be eligible for an exchange.

3. **Process for Exchanges:**
   - If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at Jarix.fashions@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
   - Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to process the exchange.

4. **Shipping Costs:**
   - Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for an exchange.

5. **Non-Exchangeable Items:**
   - Please note that certain items, such as sale items or accessories, may not be eligible for exchange. Please refer to the product description for more information.
